Fear of the unknown can be one of the biggest barriers to a smooth birth. Knowledge on the other hand, is power! Birth Education Classes teach you about the expected and the unexpected in a logical and clear way so that you feel prepared and confident about the birthing process. I empower my students to make smart choices and give them practical tools for coping so that they are set up for success!​

Course Includes:

  • 6 hours of Birth Education content (two 3 hour classes)

  • Live in-person option in the 5 Towns OR instant on demand video classes

  • Topics: Anatomy, Process of Birth, Philosophy of Birth, Medical Interventions, pain relief strategies, Breathing techniques

  • "husband moments" to help guide fathers-to be
